Getting Started

Welcome to the Momentum One FM documentation. This guide walks you through setting up your account, configuring your workspace and going live.

Create your account from the Get Started button, confirm your email, and you'll land in your dashboard ready to configure your organisation.

Add your organisation details, branding and team members. Assign roles so each person sees exactly what they need.

Invite teammates from Settings → Team. Roles control access at the module level and are enforced on the server.

Each core module can be enabled from your settings. Below are the building blocks of the platform:

Multi-property management — Run unlimited properties, buildings and units from one portfolio view.
Multi-building management — Organise towers, communities and mixed-use estates with per-building teams.
Occupant portal — Residents raise requests, pay rent, view notices and track service status.
Owner portal — Landlords get read-only occupancy, rent collection and net-income insights.
Technician mobile portal — Field techs see assigned jobs, set visit times and upload completion photos.
Team management — Roles, permission matrix and audit trails for every staff member.
Maintenance requests — Capture, triage and track every request to resolution with SLAs.
Preventive maintenance — Schedule recurring PPM tasks and never miss a service interval.
Asset management — Register assets, warranties and service history per unit and building.
Inventory & spare parts — Track stock, consumption and reorder points across stores.

Connect third-party systems and push data where you need it. API access is available on Enterprise and Custom plans.

Generate API keys from Settings → Integrations. All requests are authenticated and scoped to your account.
